September 7th & 8th in Stratford Ontario.
Kids need adults who care. That's why people join Kiwanis clubs.
They're local groups of like-minded volunteers who make a difference. Friends. Neighbors. Anyone who loves serving together to change children's lives.
In fact, Kiwanians are part of a global network of clubs and members who partner with each other and with organizations whose missions align with ours.
All around the world — and in communities like yours — Kiwanis International is serving the kids who need us most.
The Kiwanis Club of Stratford took on the organizing and coordinating of this important project in 1980. Each year, 1000's of dollars of food – and more recently, grocery gift cards, are distributed to those in need
Each year, we partner with the House of Blessing and Simple Dreams to present the Passport to Savings - a fantastic opportunity for you to SAVE on everyday purchases, for merchants to advertise and build their business, and for local charities to raise funds!
These concerts have been a tradition in our Upper Queens Park - adjacent to the Stratford Festival Main Stage - since 1987! They attract hundreds of people every summer Sunday evening to listen to a variety of local bands and musicians.
We gather Monday evenings for a delicious dinner, social time and a speaker... followed by a brief meeting.
Upcoming Meetings:
March 10 - Come join a discussion on Climate Change - a very real issue, and one that is on most people's minds. Led by Dr Doug Thompson
March 17 - T'is the wearin' o the Green! St Patricks Day! Don your green finery for a special night - enjoy a special St Pats dinner followed by games and frivolity!
March 24 - hear from Stratford's own world class triathlete - Lauren Manders! She'll tell us all about her journey in this highly competitive sport.
March 31 - Join us as Pat McKenna brings up to date on what's new and exciting in this year's Kiwanis Festival of the Performing Arts (our signature project!)
